Aesthetic Gynaecology

Dr Chrysostomou is one of the first Cypriot gynaecologists who has been involved in the field of Aesthetic Gynaecology and is certified by the European College of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery as well as by the European Association of Aesthetic Gynaecology for the provision of invasive and non-surgical Aesthetic Gynaecology.

His private practice in IASO is equipped with state-of-the-art laser technology to revitalize and tighten the vagina and vulva, as well as to treat urinary loss.

A specialised and dedicated centrifuge is used to process blood for the application of the PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) method to be used in Aesthetic Gynaecology, with very good results.

PRP is also applied for the revitalization of the vagina, for the treatment of lichen sclerosus (cutaneous lesion of the vulva).

Another application is ovarian rejuvenation in women with low egg production and premature menopause.

The PRP method is also used in cases of urine incotinence (urine loss). Other applications include: O-SHOT and G-SHOT.
